Laboratory measuring device for O2 and H2S analysis

measuring instrument

The High Performance Measuring Instrument includes software for the display of all calculated physical and chemical units. The data of the "helping parameters" like pH and/or temperature are displayed too. The measuring instrument is equipped with a power supply unit and additionally it can be operated with re-chargeable batteries. A RS 232 interface allows linking to a PC. The Measuring Instrument is equipped with an interfacing cable for the AMT laboratory micro-sensors (H2S, Oxygen, Ozone, Hydrogen, Hydrogen Peroxide) and for the helping sensors (pH/T).

H2S/Sulphide micro-sensor

The amperometric H2S micro-sensor has been developed for fast in situ analysis of H2S/Sulphide in clear, turbid, coloured, muddy and strong saline solutions. Therefore the sensor is suitable for direct measurements in lakes, estuaries, rivers, oceans and of course in sewage pipes, waste waters and sediments. Analyte consumption effects are negligible, thus making streaming of the membrane or stirring of the analyte unnecessary.

Oxygen micro-sensor

The galvanic O2 micro-sensor has been developed for the in situ determination of oxygen containing aqueous solution. Therefore the sensor is suitable for direct measurements in lakes, estuaries, rivers, oceans and sediments. The analyte consumption is so low that streaming of the sensor membrane or stirring of the analyte is not necessary. The AMT galvanic oxygen micro-sensor has a very fast response time with t90% down to 200 milliseconds compared to approximately 6 to 20 seconds in the case of the conventional sensors.
